A cool start to the morning (2 degrees) but a lovely sunny even if a chilly wind kept temperatures feeling below average for this time of year.

A relaxing day which included making rhubarb and ginger jam (my first ever attempt). I added lemon juice for pectin but I don’t think the jam has set. Not that it will matter as it will taste good, especially in porridge!
