Snaw on Hoofield

It snowed overnight, but soon thawed in the sunshine this morning.  Mostly sunny and calm all day, with the odd snow showers.  Stunning evening. 

My Saturday working in the museum, and a steady day of visitors.  We did have a couple of no shows.  Walkies after work, had my tea, and then headed off to the shop, for my evening shift.  Mam popped by for a walk tonight.

Even with the sunshine today, it has been cold, but most of the snow only settled on high hills.  Clear skies tonight, and the temperatures are set to plummet again, but looking better for next week.  I'm just wishing it would warm up, spring please hurry.  Taken at the Quee, with snow on Hoofield, Cunningsburgh.
