Newton House

It has been a glorious sunny day so we set off this morning with a picnic to visit the NT property Newton House in Carmarthenshire. Although we hadn’t booked they kindly let us pay to park and we had a super walk. The destruction of many of the ancient trees in winter storms was shocking but fortunately new ones have been planted. We didn’t see any of the park’s deer but thoroughly enjoyed the walk.
