Tulip Creation

Another session with the tulips which have done well but won't last much longer!  They took a bit of posing and wedging into their correct places.  The lighting is one constant LED source with a bit of judicious placing to get light (or dark) background.  Then I thought I'd try creating a texture of old paper - need to work at that a bit - with some noise and shading adding.  All good fun!

A normal composition added with dark background (white wall in reality) to record all the effort! Now for some dinner and a glass of wine (or two)!

Terrible news from a friend whose son has died in an accident out in Australia - he was a past pupil of mine - a boy full of energy and character. I know no details but such a waste of a life.
