keep me busy

It was minus 2 this morning as I had my swim.

The sky was blue, the sea was green, the sun was golden. But it was crisp, crisp, crisp.

And I had a serendipitous meeting with someone who reminded me of our swim at the Flaggy Shore in Co, Clare a number of years ago.

I really need to drive out West (the West of Ireland is wonderful) ... please listen to Seamus Heaney describe it

I am having a relaxing day with nice food, the papers, connecting with friends and making plans to go west and swim in Achill and then down to Clare.
