The weather on the East Coast was almost summery today

The lockdown is challenging especially if you live alone. I was reading an article today on how NASA Astronauts coped with extended isolation and in cramped conditions.

They recommended having structure to your day and to keep busy

Cultivating a hobby that you can do in your own space.

Staying in touch with family and friends

Personally I think it’s important to get fresh air and to see some greenery if possible.

I am trying to improve my painting skills and have entered a poetry competition. I am thinking I might try to learn how to make short films.

But it’s tough having no one to laugh with or share mealtime with. I miss my social connections although I know whatsapp is great for long phone chats. My 2 dogs are having a great time as they are getting so much attention
