Laudable Aims

Some of the staff seem to honour them more in the breach than the observance... particularly the communication bits

We still have many questions about my sister's condition and treatment; should get a better idea over the next week, I hope. The cardiac ward is not set up to deal with a case like hers. It's basically a coronary by-pass surgery factory, and I'm sure they are fine at that... It was good to see Pipistrelle, and to spend time with Jim (Happy Again) and Liz. A shite reason for all being together, though.

By the way, this is not a noticeboard, apparently; a message on a different one stated that they were "Visual Information Tools"
