"Change"....

This evening we were practicing drills to improve heading, shooting (with both feet), passing and dribbling.

This game had the boys using close control to dribble the balls in a constrained area avoiding the 'mines'....

....then, as soon as the coach shouts "change", the boys leave their ball and find another to control....

The idea is for the game to progress by increasing in difficulty....

....to do this we gradually reduce the number of balls in the square....a bit like musical chairs....
