We did it!

What a fantastic day successfully completing the foundations for our shelter. The weather was very kind, providing us with blue skies and sunshine, with all rain and hail showers kept at bay until late afternoon when they could do no damage. A number of willing volunteers turned up to help, along with an expert digger driver who transported the liquid concrete from the delivery vehicle to the shuttering. The main shows the finished foundations, the first extra is the initial bucket of concrete being tipped into position, the second is the two "screeders" working at a suitable social distance to level the concrete. The third and final extra shows the job nearing completion. What a fantastic success! We are all tired but very happy.
