A moment too late

One of those moments, sat at home, where I thought the light was looking good and so rushed to get out the house and over to the lakes to get a view. 

Of course the usual happened, whereby I was of course too late, with the sun slipping behind this bank of cloud once again. I stuck around to see if there was any last minute magic as the sunset, but there was no finale. 

Back at work today, which felt strange after 6 days off. Luckily no surprises in the inbox, and time to prepare for what looks like a busy time next week.
