Bridge over the Elbe

I took an afternoon trip to Magdeburg, somewhere I'd seen on the map for a while but not yet visited. Of course, with lockdown still continuing and the majority of restaurants/shops/cafes shut, this wasn't a typical tourist visit. Nonetheless, it was pleasant to walk around and take in some fresh views. 

The Elbe river flows through Magdeburg, and is quite a large grand river by this point with many parks and esplanades adorning its banks. Taking a walk down one side, I crossed over on this old railway bridge that is now pedestrianised.
