Two great walks for us today. Firstly we headed to Tyneham - the ruined village that got overtaken by the army range. We didn’t walk around the village because there were quite a lot of visitors but we had a lovely walk down to beautiful Worbarrow bay.
We decided we hadn’t walked far enough so stopped at Lukworth Castle on the way home. The castle is still shut but the parkland is open. We discovered by accident a circular walk to a lake, going through woods and picturesque farmland. Saw so many baby lambs, some of whom were gambling round and starting to form lamb gangs. Came home tired but very happy with our wandering.
