Taunus in Spring

Almost two months ago, I blipped this same little valley covered in snow.

Today I drove to my mother's village to deliver her weekly grocery shopping and take my car to the local garage to get the wheels changed (in this country, most car owners have two sets of wheels, one for the special winter tyres  and one for summer). 

I was early for the appointment at the garage, so I stopped and went for a short walk at this valley once more. I might go again in a few weeks when the leaves are out on the trees. 

P.S.: Some days ago I posted a link to my favourite webcam near the new volcano in Iceland. It stopped streaming yesterday morning - a victim of the latest lava flow.
