Day 381 Wildcat Wednesday

I'm not sure if there even is a Wild Wednesday challenge any more, but if there is, here is my entry, Peggy Sue sunning herself in a warm patch of carpet.  The sunshine only lasted briefly and once again it has been extremely cold for the time of year.
In other news: very sadly the body found in an Epping Forest pond has been confirmed as that of the young man missing for two weeks.  It is all the more significant to us because one of the locations where he was spotted walking is just 5 minutes from Violet's school, so is an area we know well.  His poor family must be distraught and I hope that they find answers as to why this tragedy occurred although we do know that he was struggling to cope, having sickle cell anaemia and needing to shield during the pandemic.
