Captain Trash Wheel - Baltimore Harbor

Captain Trash Wheel is helping to clean up the Patapsco River at Masonville Cove. From the 1960s until 2002, the river was effectively lifeless from the industrial dumping in this cove. 
There is a long way to go, but thanks to community outreach, and the Army Corps of Engineers, the river is much cleaner. They also built an environmental education center on the site.
