Four Trees

It was an early evening walk up the back for Arlo tonight in the freezing wind, jeez. The trees up here are hardy and seem to cling on to life, but in front of the sunset, look pretty pretty good.

I've included an Arlo extra of some cliffs further up the hill where large icicles had formed in the last day or so. The cliffs are due to quarrying many decades ago so I guess are still in formation with water from the land higher up just seeping through wherever - not quite Yosemite! Arlo went up to look but we called him down to avoid him being speared, he used a chunk of one as a stick until he got bored/frozen. A stick he could drink from!
