Bolognese
Pasta bolognese and salad. Wine: Consorzio Vini Tipici Brugneto Riserva San Marino 2016.
This was an excellent dinner. The bolognese came out very well, and I recently got some Maussane olive oil (that is: the best olive oil in the world so far as I know so far) which made for an excellent vinaigrette on the salad. The wine was a quite good Sangiovese and has the novelty of being from San Marino (now the tiniest country I've had wine from).
