On The Level..

Yesterday's bike ride was pretty much on the level and what a difference a bit of head wind into an ascent makes today. Different sort of day at six degrees with a strong westerly wind, yesterday was fourteen degrees...only in Scotland.

Had a lazy afternoon with Lady V taking a shift today so have just pottered and watched a bit of sport.

Hope everybody as has overindulged with chocolate all in the name of the zombie rising, apparently he has done it again.
