Magnolia Stellata. Easter Day.

An Easter Day filled with excitement and chocolate eggs!
Our Birmingham Vineyard Livestream was at 10.30am.
Maybe next year we will be able to actually be in the church.
Fun and games in the garden, which included an Easter egg hunt, on this lovely sunny day, which began with a heavy frost.
It is now almost 7.00pm. The forsythias are glowing, bright yellow splashes of colour.
Our Magnolia Stellata is almost fully opened and I’m hoping it will not succumb to the expected drop in temperature from 15C today, to 6C tomorrow with forecast of sleet showers!

Our son and daughter-in-law have just taken the children for a walk around the neighbourhood in order to work off some excess energy before their bedtime!
So, as one of my favourite children’s story book titles says, “Five Minutes’ Peace” is now being taken by their grandparents!
