Easter Baking

After enjoying coffee in the garden with a friend in glorious sunshine it was all systems go for our Easter baking as we arranged to take some homemade goodies to my Dad’s care :home :-)

Little Miss made a marble cake with chocolate buttercream and decorated with mini eggs. I made NYC cookies filled with chocolate chips & mini eggs and also a millionaires shortbread decorated in yet more mini eggs - hope they enjoy them!!
