Riotus

These rainbow lorikeets really have the most riotus plummage, you can see why the name rainbow is so appropriate.  They also have a riotus character and will take on bigger birds in competition for food.  They also tend to hang around in mobs and are very raucus.   This one was in a tree at mums.   I am back in Sydney to pick up my car from the mechanic.

The weather this Easter is just fabulous.   I have to say the M1 was largely a parking lot heading north and I have read how other roads out of Sydney have been gridlocked.  It must be people are so fed up being at home and as we are not in lockdown, they have all wanted to get out of Sydney for Easter.
