Rockface Abstract

Today seemed like the first day of Spring with hazy sunshine and a hint of warmth in the air so in view of the forecast for the rest of the week all jobs were dropped and walks on the beach were the order of the day.

Many parts of the island coastline are subject to constant erosion due to the action of the sea and weather. Cliff falls near to Sandown create natural works of abstract art such as this one which is one of many I took on my walk making it difficult to choose one to blip.

If you look in Large you may be able to make out some strange faces in the rock. Or maybe that's just my imagination.
