An Important Steeple

Our daughter became a Catholic today. We are not, but we support her spiritual decisions. We attended this important event in her life on the night before Easter. The church is old Chicago...it is ornate, intensely beautiful inside. She teaches 3rd grade here. Now she is even equipped to teach religion classes, but that's not why she converted. I took lots of photos inside, but chose this one - our view as we approached.

Today I am thankful.
