Unbelievable!!

Did you ever venture out and think that you left your camera at home? Did you ever pass by a dozen or more perfectly amazing blip opportunities thinking, Daggonit! If I only had my camera. I cannot believe that an addicted blipper like myself would go out without my camera!!! Unbelievable!!

...Did you ever then get home and figure out that indeed you did have your camera all the while you were having the above thoughts? Unbelievable!!

Well then, did you ever start an amazing bread dough and refrigerate it, like the book says in Artisan Bread in 5 Minutes a Day? And then decide to do an advanced thing like make an onion tart for dinner with that bread dough? Well that's what you're seeing tonight. It was harder than it looked...in fact, it didn't look all that great, but it did taste great.

I received a couple of wonderful cards this week - Easter, birthday, etc. And they made me smile, especially this one with the funky strange woman/big hand/moon picture. I totally get it, do you? No worries...it's a connection I have with a dear friend. And that's enough for me. Connections are unbelievable!!

Today I am thankful for dear friends, birthdays, and bread dough that gets better with time...
