Primroses for Flower Friday
I might still be waiting for my daffs but the primroses are out. The deer don’t seem keen on yellow.
I’m making a Guardian recipe so complicated it could be Ottolenghi. It’s Aubergine Koftas. Lots of spices, cooking aubergines and mushing it up, making into balls and frying with breadcrumbs plus making a tomato sauce with added spinach etc. I hope a bottle of red will be putting in an appearance.
I’ve had to rest the foot and heel so have got on with the family year book.
What’s going on with Scottish politics? Alec Salmond?
