All grown up.

So the last of my 3 amazing children have finally got themselves on the property ladder...... Samuel Squidget went to see this new build in St Columb, Cornwall this morning and has just made an offer!

Thanks to the Chancellor finally making mortgages more available to 1st time buyers meant he was able to get a mortgage in principle and has worked really hard over the last few years so save for a deposit.

I can't tell you how proud I am of him for managing to do all that as a single, 25 year old lad.

Hes aware of all the pit falls of house buying and has alot to learn but he's started the process and said today "I finally know what happy feels like..... and I like it".
