Flinders Street Station

I spent one last evening in the city tonight for a little farewell dinner before I leave the city for the west coast. I met up with the friends that I met when I first arrived, all of us having just started our adventures. One of them is staying put for another month and then traveling the east coast before leaving Australia and the other is staying in Melbourne for the next little while. It's hard to leave these friends who have been with me through it all, explored Melbourne with me and who I share some great memories with, but I know that I can't stay here forever. I have to go see what other adventures are around the corner and I'll see them again, wherever we happen to be.

I can't believe that I haven't blipped this icon yet, but this is Flinders Street Station, one of the main train stations in Melbourne. Such a a beautiful building and always my favourite meeting point. In fact, I was standing at the crossroads taking this picture when my friends arrived and they picked me out of the crowd because I had my camera up to my face, like usual :)
