Pollarding

The sun is shining and it’s slightly milder. There was quite a lot of agricultural activity going on this morning. There were big tractors out in the fields , which have dried out a bit thank goodness, and this group of workers pollarding the willow trees by the river.
It’s a full phone width picture and the trees are wild I suppose , so I’m doubly  tagging it for Widwed and wildWed.
