Tuesday walk

A meeting with our French group first thing, then a walk with P & S. As the byways are beginning to dry we've started exploring slightly different loops - this one included Hundred Lane & Kiln Lane, then back via Westhorpe & the usual farm track & road - about seven & a half miles. The lanes have been badly poached by horses but were firm enough; there was only one short section which was semi-flooded. S was reasonably dry & mud-free by the time we got home so no leg & paw washing was required - always a relief!
