The 'photo-shoot' went well, I think, and hope! A couple of the requested 'action' shots in extra.

Busy day, first crawling and laying prone to get pics of Louie. Then day 1 of couch to 5k. It went better than I thought, but it has been a lovely sunny day, and this first week is pretty easy - Not sure how I feel about week 5 when I'll be expected to run for 25 minutes. Not sure how my knees will hold up. It's needed though as my joggers were actually tight.

Spent quite some time in the garden clearing the borders, it was glorious, warm and sunny.
