I have been getting through my Monday housework at a slower pace than normal, due to the painful sciatica I described yesterday. Thank you GodsCreation for suggesting Paracetamol works better than Ibuprofen. It really does make a good and quicker improvement in pain relief. 1030 steps today and it is an effort to keep mobile but worth it. Arthur provided me with a peaceful pose this afternoon.
