Crocheted scarves I have made.

I had a very difficult night and have barely slept due to painful sciatic nerve inflammation in my lower left back and leg. I think I walked too far on Wednesday when I clicked up 11313 steps. It all started twingeing from then. Paul bought me a spray of Deep Heat and although the smell is strong, it is effective. I am taking two Ibuprofen three times a day. The weather is very cold and cloudy so it is not like I am missing much outside. Crocheting fills my time quite happily.
I am not the kind of person who sits with feet up, but that is what needs to be done to cure this condition. So only 471 steps today. I feel grateful my Tablet is mended, so I can watch some Christian movies while I am resting.
My Mum could do with continued prayer support as she fights the respiratory infection acquired in the hospital ward. She is on oxygen.
Arthur's vet phoned to say he is well enough to have his dentistry. He will then be able to eat a wider variety of cat food hopefully. He is being wonderful company as always.
