Gateway From Reserve To Beach

Today is very spring like. The Mobile Bubble displays 20C. Too good a chance to miss very easily we decide to make for somewhere.

We arrived at the West Sands in St. Andrews Bay and decide to walk along the track and around the point to the Eden Estuary Nature Reserve.

The weather is splendid with just a little breeze.

Today’s Blipfoto shows the gateway to the reserve together with the kite zone flag and the warning notice about the speed of the incoming tide together with the number for the coastguard.

Pat is reading the reserve notice board describing the variety of birds that are making nests on the ground.

The extra was taken by Pat and shows Yours Truly looking over the Old Course towards St Andrews in the distance. There are several golfers playing the course.

No play is permitted on the Old Course on Sundays and people are allowed to walk a Round of the course sans clubs and balls.

Arrived home refreshed for lunch and an afternoon of studio work.
