SBU D073 Haircut

There's lots of conversation going on about when we can get back to the office and what sort of working practices we should be following at the moment, with limits on numbers in the building still being talked about which the company has made some big changes to flexible working guidelines to accomodate.

Unsurprisingly (to me anyway) the majority of people in the IT dept who don't support the changes are the male managers. Almost all of them have said they don't like it, don't trust their teams not abuse it and won't encourage it.

The women meanwhile are embracing it and looking for ways to make it work. Perhaps because they know how to act like grown ups.

This house needs a bit of a haircut I think. A bit like me at the moment.
