Zombie Apocolypse D3

Six and a half hours in a systems upgrade planning workshop, all done over VC, made for a long day. It wasn't as bad as it could have been but i was glad when it was done.

Operationally there are some big steps being considered, some of which may not be reverted. It's not a good time in non food retail at the moment.
