Dogs and daffodils

This evening I took the dogs for a walk across the farm fields. I saw the brother, he was on the JCB. He said he was off to check the fencing as he is planning on letting the cows back into the fields if it is warm enough and dry enough. They spend the winter in the barns. We continued on to the lake where there were several ducks. The dogs had a paddle, Arnold goes right in as he seems to enjoy swimming. The sky was blue, sun shining and quite mild. Back home for supper and a snooze.
