Roast chicken on a Tuesday?

Glorious weather here today - around 15C apparently. It was certainly pretty warm this morning when I took Phin on his morning walk and I only had a light jacket over my tee shirt.

Quick blitz round the German supermarket to pick up this weeks supplies and home to catch up on journals. The afternoon was sent prepping and cooking a roast chicken dinner. I cooked 2 chickens as I was heading to my extended household chums for dinner and to spend the evening with her. Dinner packed in the cool box just before she arrived to collect me at 6. A lovely evening and Miss PHL came to collect me just after 9.

Home to realise I had no blip but spotted this lovely decoration Miss PHL picked up on a school trip to Italy several years ago. I hung it from a wall light fitting in the living room when I unwrapped it and it’s been there ever since.
