Sunny Celandine

A lot brighter today - and the chill has gone from the wind. Not so strong either. Some bursts of sunshine to warm up the air too. Managed to catch this celandine flower on the verge in Heygate Lane, with the sun shining through the clouds - giving a softer light.

10K step walk - so I don’t need to bother so much about counting steps for the rest of the day - not that I have anything planned, other than some (more) washing and cleaning.

My mum’s Mothers Day card arrived today - a week after posting it with a 1st Class stamp. At least her flowers and hamper arrived in good time…
