somefunguys

Lat month I ordered an oyster mushroom kit from a small company in Edinburgh called somefunguys. It arrived at the beginning of March, but until a few days ago, had not been doing very much. I know now that I opened it too early, and I thought I had killed it...but I messaged the funguys and they messaged right back with reassurance and helpful advice and suddenly the mushrooms are growing. I'm photographing them morning and evening next to the ruler so that I can chart their progress. It will actually be a shame to eat them after all this!
