Leave A little Light On

Thinking of those who have lost Mums and Mums who have lost children.
My Mum died in 1999 aged 70. Too young but I have lovely, happy memories of her. She was a lovely lady.

The lamp is also to put scented wax melts in the top. It has a low watt bulb below rather than a candle. Sabrina sent me this for Mother's Day along with the melts which she makes herself (and is going to start selling under the name Breagha) and a little bottle of bubbly. The melts smell gorgeous!
I made us some scones and I had the bubbly with mine which was very nice :-)
The extra collage also shows the cards from my daughter Sabrina and Frank's daughter Anna, (she made the lino print herself). I am so lucky.

It is also Arón's birthday today he is 7. I may add a photo if they send me one. They live in beautiful County Antrim N Ireland. Mum, Siobhan said that Arón had told them Mother's Day had to take a back seat as his birthday was more important. I told Siobhan to say that if it wasn't for her he wouldn't be having a birthday! :-D)) Kids eh!

I potted on my baby tomato seedlings this morning and the one cucumber seedling. They look quite healthy.
