Resilience pays off

Back on 14 January, under the heading of resilience, I posted a flower bud on our rhododendron at our front gate. In recent years the bush has flowered in January but this year it has been held in check.

Now it is in full bloom and is a lovely sight.

A combination of friends and family meant several zoom calls this afternoon and evening. Great to catch up.
