Is That Hail?

I took this Blip this morning on our walk, when the sky was full of these big puffy clouds. Little did I know, later the sky
turned dark & menacing. When I heard thunder, I had high hopes for another good soaking rain.

Instead, those thunder clouds drifted east &
covered parts of town with hail. Where I grew up, thunderstorms & hail were very common, but not here. The children here leaped with joy to see it. Not so much those driving through the mountain pass while it covered the freeway. Tomorrow, it will all be over.

After all the excitement, President Biden addressed the US about his plans going forward. He has been in office
50 days, & today signed The American Rescue Plan into law. How wonderful to see our president show empathy & have solutions in the works. He wants every state to open COVID VACCINES to
ALL adults by May 1st. And, 4th of July celebrations may be possible if we continue to abide by the social distancing & mask guidelines. One can hope....
