IT RAINED!

It rained over night, then  Angus & I got wet on our walk; but a hot cup of tea was waiting for us on this cold, damp morning.  It was not enough to
end our drought, but every drop is a gift.  Maybe a little more will arrive tomorrow afternoon.  Those clouds, in my Blip, "mean business."

The big news today:  Congress passed the American Rescue Plan.
President Biden will sign it into law on Friday.  This history legislation
"includes a dramatic expansion of pandemic aid & safety-net programs."
Help is on the way, in many forms, for families & businesses that are struggling.  

Hope has arrived.
