Day 11

Decided to have a rest day today after my painful legs episode yesterday so I stayed in bed and read my book whilst MB went out on his run.
My legs felt ok once I was up so decided to have a quick Chevin walk whilst the weather was dry - mistimed it and got soaked! Legs felt ok though.
Spoke to Mum, she was in great form, such a relief all round. Hope she makes a speedy recovery.
Have had a strange feeling of anxiety this afternoon and evening, not sure what it’s about.
