Walk In Her Shoes

These orange shoe laces and pedometer arrived in the post yesterday. They are part of my challenge for the week - to walk 10, 000 steps (roughly 5 miles) a day for 7 days.

Why? - well I'm taking part in Care International's Walk In Her Shoes campaign which aims to raise money to help women and girls in Africa lift themselves out of poverty. People across the country are taking part - so watch out for walkers wearing bright orange shoe laces!
