Swell at Hellia

Last night  was a wild night of rain and gales.  Today has been calmer, and sunny most of the day.  Wind picked up again this evening, bringing rain.

The museum has been closed, but I've been in working in the office.  Met mam at lunchtime, and headed out for a walk. Some gardening after work, and some walkies before the rain.  Feet up most of the night.

Me and mam headed out along the banks, from her house.  The sea wasn't rough as such, but there was a big swell in the ocean from the gales last night.  This did make some big waves crash against the rocks below, which was great to watch, especially on a sunny day.  Taken from Point of Prest-hellia, below Aithsetter, Cunningsburgh.
