Multi-level car park, WestConnex

I love this building. It's dead groovy, too good to be a car park. I don't think it's going to be for use by the general public, rather people who manage the new spaghetti junction for WestConnex. There are many vocal locals who hate Westconnex, and as a general principle I don't have much faith in new roads - they soon fill up and jam - but many aspects of this one are design triumphs.

In line with the challenge, I was looking up, from a low point of view.
