Whoo hooo - No more frozen faces

I spent nearly two hours speaking online to someone this morning, during which time their face stayed still while I could hear their voice racing ahead of the expression on their face and the movement of their lips.

This afternoon a BT engineer installed fibre - things should be different from now on!
