Biggiesknowe

I met thechimp for a coffee this morning and took this picture of Biggiesknowe on my way home .

I defrosted the freezer on Saturday and discovered a big box of frozen blackcurrants so we had blackcurrant and apple crumble tonight.  We had blackcurrants with cake yesterday.  I’m running out of ideas of things to have with stewed blackcurrants.  They will be good for our immune systems though :-)
