SBU D064 Idiot

The letter said the 8th. The three text message reminders all said the 8th. Yet for some reason I'd put my mammogram appointment in my work diary as today! It was only as I picked the letter up on my way out the door that I realised what a numpty I'd been.

I now feel incredibly guilty for wasting NHS time and money. What an idiot

I've rescheduled for next month. And made sure I got it right this time.
